About Me
I’m Chinyere, a breathwork practitioner and the guide behind Infinite Chi Healing.
My work supports women who are moving through burnout, heartbreak, motherhood, and identity shifts, moments where the body is carrying more than the mind can resolve.
For years, I did the work I thought I was supposed to do. Therapy, reflection, personal development. I understood my patterns, but my body was still bracing, holding, staying alert. It became clear to me that insight alone wasn’t enough. Real change needs to happen in the body.
Breathwork is where that shift began. Not as a performance or a breakthrough chase, but as a way to feel safe again, to slow down, soften, and reconnect with myself in a way that felt sustainable and real.
Today, I guide women through breathwork and somatic practices that support regulation, emotional release, and self-trust. This work isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about creating enough internal safety to meet who you already are.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, grief, transition, or simply feeling the pull to live differently, my approach blends science, intuition, and lived experience; always at the pace your body is ready for.
My work is informed by trauma-aware breathwork training, nervous system education, somatic healing, and lived experience. I draw from both science and intuition, honoring the body’s intelligence and its natural timing.
I work with women who are ready to stop pushing for change — and start allowing it.
I currently offer 1:1 breathwork sessions and small group experiences focused on nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and identity shifts. Retreat experiences are being developed and will be offered when the timing is right. This work is intentional, relational, and grounded, never rushed.
